How I wish all hospitals have a water softeners so that medical staff will not suffer with dry hands. How many times do I wash my hands at work? I think I do it a hundred times or more than that for a 12 hours shift. Because everytime I touch my patient or my patient apparatus I wash my hands afterwards. This is to prevent me and my patient with further infections. So at the end of the day hospital staff especially bedside nurses are suffering with dry hands. But nevermind this is only a minor problem. I am a nurse and this is a part of being a nurse.
