Doctors...

As I said before I am working now in a private hospitals. Most of our Doctors and Consultants are part time or they are only a visiting doctor from another hospital. And because of that they don't have a good relationship with other team members in the hospital. Now I appreciate more our Doctors back in UK where they value nurse's input for patient care. Here no way they will ask nurses. And I think it is not good. Because we nurses are the one with patient all the time and we know better than them what's the patient condition because we are with them 24/7.
