We had a patient who was admitted with multiple ribs fracture that caused a tension in his lung, also he had a fracture in his scapula and elbow. The reason? He fell down from a ladder. He works as a window cleaner and it's his 3rd time to have an accident with the same reason. He was a lucky man. But the thing is, when I I asked him, he will still continue with his job. What can you say?
