I was on overtime today and I am very tired. My patient went to Theatre with a very unstable observation that includes breathing, blood pressure, heart rate and so on. My day went by very quick because of this. A hard earned money! Never mind it is Sunday, so for 11.5 hours work the pay will be 18.5 hours. Yes! (More money for shopping :)
