The nice thing of working in ICU is the one on one patient care (if there is enough staff). We can focus on one patient rather than looking after so many patient just like working on the ward. We work as a team and help each other. I can say that the best place of the patient in the hospital is in Intensive Care Unit. Do you agree?

no, i dont!!!hehehe....syempre every place in hospital is special.and i'm definitely sure that each place needs team work. working in the ward is as stressful as working in icu, we worry things for the patient that you dont ie social bits and vice versa. un na!!
